Committees at Redeemer are ongoing groups that secure the functions of the church.
Cemetery
The Cemetery Committee takes care of our cemetery located in Sussex, WI. They ensure upkeep of the property and arranges lot purchases and burials. For more cemetery information visit our Cemetery Page.
Facilities
The Facilities Committee tends to the physical needs of upkeep, repair and improvements of the church building interior and exterior structure as well as the grounds surrounding the church.

Generosity & Gratitude
The Generosity & Gratitude Committee cultivates a year-round atmosphere of generosity in giving, and gratitude for offerings of time, talent and treasure.
Pastoral Relations
The Pastoral Relations Committee meets monthly to mutually support the relationship between pastor and congregation. They also conduct annual reviews of the pastor.
Personnel
The Personnel Committee supports all non-pastoral staff and assits the council in the hiring and dismissal of all non-pastoral staff. They also conduct annual reviews and recommends pay increases.
Worship
The Worship Committee collaborates with the pastor to plan meaningful and inspirational worship services through creative enhancements including but not limited to visual, musical, and movement arts, supporting the weekly scripture message or theme.
