Rev. Kathryn A. Rust - Intentional Interim Minister

Pastor Kathy comes to ministry after a multifaceted career path in elementary teaching, editing a professional job publication, and managing law firms in New York, New Jersey and Wisconsin. Upon returning to Wisconsin, she attended Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois for a Master of Divinity.

Pastor Kathy has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Lakeland College. She has certification in Transitional Ministry from Interim Ministry Network and is a member of the Association of UCC Intentional Interim Ministry (AUCCIIM). Intentional Interim Ministry is her passion and she has served churches in transition in Florida, Illinois, Iowa and several in Wisconsin.




Connie Pinzl - Parish Administrator

Connie has been working in a church atmosphere for almost 9 years and as Redeemer's Parish Administrator since March of 2014. Connie is responsible for entering all contributions and generating quarterly statements for parishioners, answering emails, maintaining an up-to-date membership list, providing a master calendar for the church and many other jobs required to keep the office running smoothly.  She loves to organize and take on new challenges!

Connie is married and enjoys spending time with her dog, and family and friends whenever possible.  Her and her husband are members of St. James Catholic church and have lived in the area for 30 years.




Laurie Ostdick - Secretary

Laurie joined the staff of Redeemer in 2014 after a long career in healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Valparaiso University and is a member of Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sussex.

Laurie's responsibilities include bulletin and PowerPoint preparation, providing sheet music for the worship accompanist, creating the weekly email newsletter Redeemer Reminders, updating events on the website, and assisting the Parish Administrator as needed. She enjoys being a part of the warm, caring, and radically inclusive community here at Redeemer.
